Heating Equipment – Serre Chevalier
Brechu Sports, in Serre Chevalier, advises you and installs your heating equipment.
Ideal solutions for practitioners suffering from Raynaud’s syndrome or a sensitivity to cold.

Originally developed for professionals (instructors, patrollers) called upon to face the worst conditions all season.
We also have replacement batteries (Thermic).
Heated ski boots
A primary source of discomfort, cold in the ski boot can chill the entire body. Two solutions exist:
Heated insoles

We add a heating pad on the sole at the toe area( and sometimes on the tongue). The cable runs outside of the liner to the battery placed at the back of the boot.
Heated socks

The heating element is integrated into a sock that warms the toes and the top of the foot. The battery attaches to the upper part of the sock (above the ski boot).
It’s a versatile solution that you can use in all your shoes.
Heated gloves

For extreme cold or for people suffering from Raynaud’s disease.
Heated jacket, heated vest:

To be worn as a base layer in cold weather, this puts an end to that cold feeling on the chairlift or while waiting for your friends.
How does it work?
The principle is always the same: a battery connected to a heating element (a resistor) provides heat and prevents the sensation of cold.
Won’t I be too hot?
The idea is, above all, not to be cold; therefore the heating is often set to the minimum, avoiding “hot” sweating and excessive battery use.
How long does it last?
To avoid feeling cold, a minimum setting is sufficient; the batteries can heat for about a dozen hours, far more than needed.
